Foster Village Peoria bridges the gap.
Foster parents often feel tired and alone. Most families foster for less than a year, citing burnout and lack of support as the reason they stop. At the same time, 85% of people who are not foster parents say they care about vulnerable children and want to help.
Foster Village Peoria bridges the gap in support and resources for those affected by foster care, by meeting practical needs, providing educational trainings and support, and advocating as a collective voice for the community.
We offer 5 programs of support, servies, and events for children and caregivers impacted by the foster care system.
